By accessing and using the IMAT Platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

The IMAT Platform provides educational assessment tools, including but not limited to reading comprehension tests, cognitive assessments, and learning analytics. Our service is designed to help users improve their cognitive abilities and learning outcomes.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service offers both trial and full-access subscription plans. Payments are processed securely through our payment processor. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
